This notice describes the current Framed preview app and this website.

Your videos and editing information

Videos, imported images, editable profile artwork, drafts, saved looks and exported files are processed and stored on your device. Framed does not upload these media or projects to its account backend. Sharing or saving an export uses the destination you choose.

Optional account sign-in

You can edit without an account. If you sign in with Google or Apple, the provider supplies an account identifier and the basic identity information you authorize, such as your email address and name. Google may also supply a profile picture. We use this information to authenticate you and maintain your Framed account. Framed does not request access to your Google Drive, Gmail, contacts or photos.

Supabase processes authentication and account records for Framed. Authentication sessions are stored in the device’s secure storage. Apple authorization information needed for account disconnection is encrypted on the backend. Your account identity is separate from the profile you choose to place on a video.

Account deletion and local files

Use Delete account in Framed’s Account screen to remove your account and related records from the active account database. Apple accounts may require reauthorization to disconnect Apple first. Account deletion does not delete your local projects or exports. Remove those using the app’s library controls or your device’s file and gallery controls. Copies saved or shared elsewhere remain at those destinations.

Service providers and website visits

Google, Apple and Supabase process information needed to provide sign-in and account services. Cloudflare hosts this website and processes connection information, such as IP addresses and request metadata, to serve and protect it. Service providers may retain security logs and backups under their own policies. This website does not add advertising or analytics scripts.
